The side barriers ensure that missed balls do not leave the shot area. If you are using the net indoors or in an area where missed balls are a safety issue, the side barriers are essential. Many golfers also choose the side barriers when they want to let "friends and family" hit the net. If you are a proficient golfer or are using the Pro or Home Series outdoors where safety is not a concern, the side barriers are not essential.
materials & assembly
Made from polyester mesh, the Side Barriers set up in less than 5 minutes and pack easily into your pocket or carry. Each side protection panel is individually cut and sewn by hand. They are sold in pairs (right and left) and can be extended straight or set at a greater angle as required. The protection nets are tensioned using sandbags, four of which (one for each side protection) and two are attached to the rear of the frame. The side barriers can be slid into the front of the frame when not in use to reclaim lost floor space.

The Pro Series XL is our largest Pro Series net.
We've increased the size of our standard Pro Series net to a whopping 10 feet wide by 9 feet tall, adding 2 feet in both width and height. The depth of the net remains the same at 1.07 m. The XL offers excellent ball return, instant shot response and is suitable for a variety of sports including golf, soccer, baseball, softball, lacrosse and football. With the XL's added height and width, golfers can now hit their clubs farther back resulting in longer flight distances, greater swing comfort and the ability to use any swing analysis tool (Trackman, Flightscope, SkyTrak, etc.) for ultimate shot accuracy. The Pro Series XL weighs just 22.2 kg, sets up in less than 15 minutes with our "Pushbutton Quick Color Connect System" and can be easily stored or transported in the supplied bag. Due to the size of the Pro Series XL we recommend using 2 sandbags on the lower frame when using outdoors as the size of the net acts like a 'sail' outdoors and this could cause the net to tip over or completely knock over.
