With our new lithium iron phosphate battery, clear advantages quickly become apparent: We make no compromises when it comes to safety. Even if damaged, there is no risk of fire or explosion. Another advantage is the longer service life than conventional lithium batteries. Of course, the ecological footprint is also taken care of, which is why the battery is almost 100% recyclable.
All Flat Cats are made of anodized aluminum and glass fiber reinforced plastic, the components are plugged in and connected with stainless steel screws. All technology is installed invisibly and protected in the housing. The aluminum parts are delivered from Telfs in Tyrol and are mostly made from recycled raw materials. And the plastic parts of the Flat Cat trolleys are also special.
They are fiberglass reinforced to ensure they remain robust in all conditions for many years. Overall, every material and every part is designed to function perfectly for as long as possible and maintenance-free while being as stable and light as possible.
